As we stand together to do what we can to fight the global coronavirus pandemic, Brakecrafters would like to assure you that by implementing additional safety protocols we are currently able to maintain normal business hours and are processing orders as normal. We wish to advise our customers however that USPS delivery times are being impacted. Once items leave our facility there may be a delay in receiving your order over which we have no control. We will continue to be available by phone or email and all orders will continue to be processed same-day Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm and Saturday 9am to 12pm Mountain Standard Time (AZ). Please note the purchase of priority shipping at checkout is no guarantee you will not be impacted by USPS delivery delays. Again, we wish to reiterate that while we are processing orders same-day and you'll receive via email a USPS tracking number, once an item leaves our facility there may be a delay in USPS delivering your order. We ask for your understanding and patience during this difficult time.
Our priority is and will continue to be, the health and wellness of our staff and our customers. With the guidance of local and federal governments, we have implemented a plan that we feel will protect everyone while allowing us to remain open with as little disruption as possible. As new information is released, we will adjust as necessary.
We are in constant contact with our suppliers, couriers, and our good friends at the post office in order to communicate contingencies as the situation develops. If there are any further changes to our current operation, notices will be posted immediately.
